"Nice hotel in a great location close to bars and restaurants. Room spacious and excellent facilities. Could provide free water which is typical of most 4 star hotels and better pillows. The long bolster was quite hard."

"Codes to enter the property wasn't sent before the check in, then tried to call the numbers no answer. Ignored all the phone calls and the instructions weren't accurate so took too long to find the place and enter. Not sufficient hot water to shower, when informed no action was taken. Had to wait hours for the water to get hot after 2 people had showers. When reported promised it'll be sorted but nothing was done till the check out date after 5 days. Would not recommend this place as the staff were ignorant and unhelpful. Property is also in poor condition. One of the 2 showers were leaking water so couldn't be used at all. "

"Wonderful hosts.The accommodations were new & perfect for 2 couples travelling together. Location was prime, 2-3 min walk to most restaurants/cafes & 2 minutes to the beach. "

"Good apartment and location, 5 minute walk to Mar Menor and 15 minutes to central area. Average amount of cooking utensils (we added some to property). Shower, toilet, and sink sometimes smelled (we poured bleach down each, which helped). Shower head needs new firmer holder. Needs a coffee table in living room. (Manuals to use stove, oven, microwave, and overhead stove fan would be helpful.)Neighbor are major smokers, which made solarium difficult for us (non-smokers) to use. Overall, Javier was a great host. Very responsive. The apartment was clean and in good shape. A great value. We would stay again. "

"Lovely villa spotlessly clean on arrival. Very comfortable beds and pillows. All amenities you need for a perfect stay. Felt safe and secure. Easy parking. Shops and restaurants minutes away from the villa. Great and easy communication with resort. Would highly recommend and stay again "
