"Nuestra primera experiencia en Yauco y de corazon ahi no volvemos. Cuando entre al check-in no fueron amables. Para poder estacionarse es complicado ya que no hay muchos cerca. Le daremos oportunidad a sus otras localidades pero a Yauco, no. "

The dryer had rust and the door handle was missing, the safe was not working had to call, they replaced batteries but last row of numbers including number 0 and # were not working well. And # is used to lock the safe. The freezer was missing a piece of plastic inside. The iron stand was moved from a wall to the closet and the holes never fixed. Microwave had cracks on the door. Toilet paper holder very rusty and one missing. There were more things. I took a video in case the say something. I stayed 5 nights and bed sheets were never changed. They only removed trash and replace soap or towels if needsd. They do no clean."
