"Rooms were regularly and meticulously cleaned. All the staff, from cleaning to front desk to food service were helpful and polite. English is spoken at the front desk quite well. The rest of the staff will always try to speak English with varying levels of success. If you choose to stay here book all your activities through Oscar Garcia! He was delightful to work with, and personally helped us out of a tight spot. He is often cheaper than booking online. "

"Very beautiful hotel, we have traveled most of the world, and I’ll say that this is one of the finest establishments that we’ve stayed at. Multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, tremendous view, great service, wonderful people clean room pretty much everything you’d want in a resort to get away from the workday. "Staying at Casa Vanora was a highlight of our trip to Huatulco. Our ocean view room with a spectacular view of both the sunrise and sunset Well appointed, meticulously clean, comfy bed. We saw whales on 2 occasions form the hotel roof top restaurant! The manger Elio was extremely helpful everthing - transfers, restaurants and spanish lessons! We highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!!"

"We were on the 4th floor 2bd. Great big balcony, roomy bedrooms and beds. Two Tvs. AC worked great. Kitchen had basics. We left a bowl we bought to eat cereal since there were only plates, enjoy! FYI you will have to provide tp, paper towels, and trash bags once out. Alejandro and Lorena were responsive and helpful. Pool was small but always clean and great to dip into after an afternoon out. Neighbors were friendly and area was safe and serene. Would stay here again. If you are a self service kind of person this place is perfect."
