Everything was amazing other than our check in experience!! It took over 2 hours and Alejandra was not helpful at all, she had a MAJOR SUPERIORITY ATTITUDE for such a young inexperienced person! We’ve stayed here at this exact Riu 5 times now and this was our first really bad experience!! Not Nice ...
