11/10 experience. We were searching for awhile to find the right spot to host my cousin's bachelor party with an unknown range of 8-12 guys who may be able to make it. We found this posting on VRBO but with 0 reviews. Came to find out by calling the Google Maps listing that Shai and his partner recently renovated and converted this from a hostel to a single unit rental and would be ready when we got there. Cannot describe how helpful and reliable Shai was in coordination for the whole bachelor party. We got rides to and from the airport with multiple departure times, golf courses (PGA Riveria Maya), and he even helped set up a bartender and chefs to be there with full liquor and food supplies upon our arrival so we could kick off the party the right way. The homemade salsa they made was unreal. The rooms are huge with great AC and their private bathrooms the kitchen is a former restaurant and stacked with everything with an huge hangout are where everyone can gather. We like it so much we ended up playing music and drinking beers multiple times before and after hitting the strip. Location was prime time to access to Quinta Avendia and the pizza place next door was great too. 8 min walk to the beach and 4 min walk to bars. I would recommend bringing portable speakers due to the music system, and there were some small issues here and there, but we were the first people to stay so I know even more improvements will come. Overall, couldn't recommend more. Book it.
