It was very nice hotel, with shuttle transportation and located in a nice area with huge shopping one block apart. Grupotel Orquidea
The room could be much better; there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom, and the mattress had extra padding which slipped, meaning there was risk of falling out of bed if it had moved. The facilities were good but the staff, although pleasant could have been more helpful
