10/10 Excellent

"Excellent stay! We had an early flight and the host let us check in 4 hours early and was very quick in responding to messages. The apartment was huge! Very clean and spacious and considering the heat it was very cool even after being out all day without the air on being on. Lovely touch leaving ice cubes in the Freezer well. Would absolutely stay here again and have recommended this to a friends and family!"

"Really good hotel, nice pool area and very clean throughout. The cooked breakfast is quite poor but there's lots of fruit and pastries to make up for it. The pool bar food is very reasonably priced and god quality. Only gripe was we paid for food at the pool bar and as we left the server shouted at my wife across the bar and said she'd paid the wrong bill....which is the one we were given. They then ignored her and served people while she asked for them to sort out the issue and made it look like we were trying to con them. In the end she just threw some money on the bar and left. They were so rude and it tainted the stay, although I would say the young lady on the main reception was super helpful when checking in."

"The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We were lucky enough to get one of their few underground parking spaces and they helped us organise that. We chose a room overlooking the interior courtyard as it was quieter than one facing the street. The room was spacious, clean & with a good shower. The air conditioning worked well & was much needed as we stayed during a heatwave. The hotel is perfectly placed for the beach and for the numerous restaurants around the Fish Alley area. We would recommend this hotel as it is as good as some of the more expensive hotels nearby."

"Very central location perfect for connecting travel with bus station and train station adjacent. Quaint and quirky building, very traditional centre piece roam style open courtyard above an area of shopping amenities. Rooms were spacious and clean and had air conditioning but no balcony, understandable in a built up urban location. Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was a good selection of quality cereals, fruit , yoghurts and juices along with substantial warm selection of cooked breakfast options. All in all very enjoyable stay and excellent value for money.."
