"My room was spotless and I felt really well looked after at the Hotel Angela. The staff, particularly the reception team, restaurant staff and the Wellness massage therapist were helpful and friendly. The bathroom could do with refurbishing next year however as it was not at the same 4 star level as the rest of hotel, but it was clean. Really enjoyed the amenities, particularly the warm indoor pool. A great facility with everything you need. The dining menu was good with at least two fish dishes available at dinner so a good variety of dishes. A big shout out to the amazing and wonderful Maria on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was clear, the only objectives she had were to understand my needs and to make sure I was comfortable and happy. What a great member of the reception team. But actually, the entire reception staff were impressive. A very good first time experience. "

"Was apprehensive with previous reviews, however we were pleasantly surprised. Location was excellent, beach across the road, lots of lovely restaurants, bars and shops behind the hotel. Lovely welcoming reception, smooth check in, room on 13th floor, excellent views. Hotel was quiet, room was spotless, daily room service, great shower. ** Only negative was the noise coming from the cleaners from early morning. ** We didn't eat in hotel so can't comment Overall - we will definitely return "
