"Hotel was acceptable, with clean rooms and ample breakfast. There is a feeling that it’s overdue a significant refurbishment, but comfortable stay overall. Important note: this might be a cultural difference, but the inclusive spa visit makes flip-flops AND swimming cap mandatory - if you don’t have your own upon arrival the hotel requires you to purchase both from the spa reception. This is somewhat unusual for a 4-star hotel in my experience, so worth specifically mentioning. "

"The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the older building so there was a little oxidation on the faucets. My only real gripe is you have to pay for parking on property. "

Breakfast simply superb, this is a quite extraordinary place to unwind and totally decompress from the real world. Wonderfully convenient for beaches and the Picos. There was no one on reception when we arrived which isn't a problem, but it would have been more useful if there were names against the keys rather than having to phone to get our room number."
