Lovely spacious apartment a short walk from town, and with a lovely pool. Shame there is no AC or fan provided and the walls are quite thin so noise can be a problem

The 3 bedroom apartment was tastefully decorated, clean and in a quiet, peaceful- neighborhood. . The check in and out was in the close by Hotel. Parking garage is under the building. Stores are walking distance.

Everything was excelent. Only problem was lack of instructions on checking in. We arrived in the evening and it was raining. But the stay was perfect.

Excellent property. Only drawback would be you can hear upstairs neighbors. Moving chairs, doing laundry, people talking, even dogs crying. Lovely town, easily walkable.

Friendly staff, lovely area.

Very helpful and friendly staff in this hotel. Ours was a nice apartment away from the main hotel and a close walk to Comillas centre (10 minutes). The only negative for us was the poorly appointed kitchen with no oven, just a tiny microwave and a hob. Very basic kitchen utensils eg no kettle, cheese grater etc. meant that food preparation was often difficult. Use of the well-maintained swimming pool was good. WiFi is only available in the hotel lobby. I would be happy to recommend this hotel overall as the location is good and Comillas is one of the nicest towns on this coast.

Es una propiedad muy vieja aunque cumple la función de un apartamento. Son muy amplios . No me gustó que no tuviera utensilios básicos para la cocina . Y como están como en montaña no es fácil el acceso a tiendas para comprar lo básico. También venden la idea de que tiene campo de golf y ya no tiene, y la alberca si la tiene pero tiene costo extra para entrar. Tampoco tienen aire acondicionado en los departamentos. Realmente si hace falta una remodelación y también actualización de servicios en mi opinión .

La ubicación está fenomenal, el establecimiento está bien, limpio, con menaje adecuado, lo único es que los colchones están bastante deteriorados, por lo general todo correcto.

Apartamentos vacacionales correctos. En febrero, temporada baja, las llaves se recogen en cajetines en el hotel Abba. Practica cafetería restaurante al lado. Cerca del pueblo de Comillas, a un pequeño paseo de 10 minutos.

Hemos estado alojados en los apartamentos por una noche. La limpieza no me ha parecido óptima, pero era aceptable. El personal de la recepción me ha parecido muy frío, no nos explicaron casi nada de las instalación que había, tuvimos que adivinarlo nosotros lo que para un hotel de 4 estrellas no me parece correcto. Conozco muy bien la zona, solemos ir mucho a comillas y no creo que me alojé nuevamente allí. Además solicité que nos avisaran cuando estuviese el apartamento listo porque íbamos con alguien que tenía unas necesidades especiales, nos dijeron que nos llamarían y nunca se produjo. Al final tuvimos que apañarnos como pudimos. Una pena porque había visto muy buenas opiniones asique espero que solo haya sido algo puntual aunque me voy decepcionada

Positivo la tranquilidad y el entorno muy agradable. Tambien que podiamos ir con mascota. Menos positivo el que estabamos en uno de los apartamentos mas lejanos y estaba algo lejano el centro de comillas y la playa para ir andando
