"A great hotel to travel with children. The salt water pool is amazing. We did have issues with getting chairs by the pool because people reserve them and the hotel send tonhace no control over this. Lots of great dining options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beach beautiful but crowded."
"Pool area was lovely and very clean. Bus stop was just outside and ran every 30 mins til after 10pm to the busier areas of Playa Blanca and Marina Rubicon. The apartments and grounds were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Lots of love went into this place !"
"Lovely hotel with great facilities and very relaxed atmosphere. Although I have given 5 stars for staff and service this is more a reflection upon the staff that are working very hard in what is clearly an understaffed hotel. This is not their fault and something that the management should be paying close attention to. All in all we had a really nice time and will be returning at some point"

"I have been staying at the Hotel LIVVO Volcán, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, several times a year for over 20 years, as indeed have many of the hotel’s returning clients.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the cuisine at breakfast and dinner is outstanding with a vast array of options to suit every palate and all dietary requirements.
The staff are delightful - warm, welcoming, caring and most helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Many have been there for years, a testament to the hotel’s culture and environment.
It’s my ‘happy place’ and where I always say ‘my soul is at peace’ - indeed, I feel blessed to consider it my second home.
I have just returned from a wonderful relaxing holiday and I’ll be going back again in November. What more can I say? - I absolutely love it!

"Having stayed in many villas over the years this has been the smallest ( 2 bedrooms ) but by no means is this a tiny villa, the rooms were spacious and well furnished. We found the villa perfect for our needs. The location was great, just a 10-15 mins stroll to the marina and a few minutes to a good supermarket.The management company were very helpful throughout the booking process and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this villa!"

"We really enjoyed the house.Exceptional location, great amenities.Very well organized.A huge thanks for the « basis stuffs » we found in the villa as salt, pepper… so much appreciable to have toilet paper and soap when we arrived.Great quality of bed, towels, and nice to have towels for the swimming pool.Perfect temperature of the swimming pool (essential with a kid:-) and air conditioning was very useful.Manuel was very responsive as well.In a nutshell fantastic stay !Nevertheless few points of improvements:- need to change the transat/ not confortable, not cleaned and very old fashioned- we did not find water to clean the terrace; indeed with the Sahara wind there was a lot of dust outside and we were not able to clean the hallways near the swimming pool.- very noisy pump just behind the head of the bed in the master bedroom. Probably noise comes from the neighbours/ their swimming pool pump? But I m quite sure the issue will be fixed swiftly. That was an issue to be honest but we used ear plugs. My family and I felt in Love of Lanzarote and this charming house!!!"

"Fantasy holiday in a lovely villa. Communication and check-in all went very smoothly. Villa had all the facilities we could need...and then some! Kitchen extremely well sticked with utensils, crockery and basic cooking esswntials in the cupboard. Bedrooms and bathrooms all great. Pool area really sold it for us. The eating areas outside were perfect. Pool was the perfect temperature. Walk to the marina about 15 mins and such a beautiful coastline. Bus service also prompt and regular. Greatvlocation with the supermarket a minute round the corner and Antonios cafe also a great spot! Would definitely stay here again. "
"We had a wonderful 9 days at Barcelo Playa Blanca. It was a wonderful hotel with amazing facilities, incredibly clean and rooms were fantastic.
This was pretty much the first time we’ve done a half board basis and the value was amazing, saving us a fortune for a family of 6 where we normally spend upwards of £150 a day on food and eating out.
So overall a fantastic trip, a superb hotel with great staff, service and amazing facilities. "
