Gemütlich, trotz ruhiger Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Pros: Sehr ruhig, sauber, gemütliche Ausstattung und schöner Balkon. Größe und Aufteilung passend für 3 Personen, reichlich Platz in Schränken, kleiner Safe. Südtirol Guest Pass im Preis enthalten (ÖPNV inkl. mehrerer Bergbahnen kostenlos, dazu Ermäßigungen bei bestimmten Attraktionen). Dieser wird vor Anreise per Mail zugestellt, kann also bei der An- und Abreise für Strecken innerhalb Südtirols genutzt werden. Kostenlose Nutzung der Therme Naturns (Eintritts-Armbänder befinden sich in der Wohnung). Gut per PKW zu erreichen und (teils überdachte) Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Bus und Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (aber leider genauso unzuverlässig wie in DE und zumindest in der Hochsaison im Oktober meist überfüllt). Cons: Es gibt wenig zu kritisieren und das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau! Wenn man überwiegend selbst kocht und vor Ort nur mit dem ÖPNV unterwegs ist, gibt es 2 Einschränkungen: Die Küche ist nur geeignet um Kleinigkeiten zu kochen. Es gibt lediglich kleines Kochfeld mit 2 Platten, einen Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach, eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster (Geschirr und Platz in den Schränken ist aber reichlich vorhanden) Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort sind stark eingeschränkt. Es gibt nur einen sehr kleinen Supermarkt und ein Geschäft für örtliche Spezialitäten, die nach der Rückkehr von Tagestouren schon geschlossen sind. Deshalb muss man seine Einkäufe zusätzlich zum Tagesgepäck im meist überfüllten ÖPNV zur Wohnung schleppen.
