"This is a lovely and private home in the Catskills surrounded by an impressively maintained garden in the Catskills. The house is well-situated near several hiking trails--Huckleberry Point, for example, is less than 5 minutes away by car--and it is also less than an hour to get to either Woodstock to the south or Hudson to the northeast. The owner was responsive and clearly cares deeply about the house, which he designed and built. We would definitely rent again."

"My family and I came up with our dogs to recharge and reconnect. The vrbo was only a short distance from fantastic hikes and was extremely family friendly. The pictures do not do it justice- the place was much nicer, newer, and cleaner than I had been anticipating. We were all impressed. I would absolutely stay there again."

"I can't say enough about our stay here. My husband and I invited our 3 young adult children and their partners for a ski weekend. It was hard to get them to ski because they wanted to hang at the house! First, it is entirely renovated with contemporary modern furnishings but entirely cozy and comfortable. It is impeccably clean. Most notable is that Matt has thought of everything - absolutely everything - from kitchen utensils to bags for packing food to materials to light the wood stove fire, to toiletries, etc, etc, etc. We enjoyed ping pong in the basement and games by the fire, the hot tub, and walks in the neighborhood. It's a beautiful, spacious house - the 8 of us were entirely comfortable with plenty of room. Everyone wants to return!"

From skiing to restaurants and bars you can find everything just a short drive away. And while you stay at the property, the amenities are awesome and everything is clean and works well! "Dear Management, We're currently on our way back to Syracuse on I-90. I followed the departure instructions, but due to our packed VW GTS, I couldn't open the trash bin. Instead, I placed the trash in the blue recycle bin. I wanted to express my appreciation for the wonderful stay at your VRBO home. I highly recommend it and have already posted a glowing review on my Facebook page. However, I did want to provide some feedback. My partner, Alessandro, isn't an outdoorsy person and spent most of his time reading. He suggested a few additions to make the stay more enjoyable for book lovers and musicians: A reading light A TV Acoustic guitar strings (the B string on the guitar is currently broken) Guitar straps A variety of guitar picks A mouth tuner or a phone app to tune instruments An electric piano I was able to stream football games on my iPad using Apple TV. It's worth noting that a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended for navigating the area. I also wanted to express my gratitude to Josh, who was extremely helpful during our stay. He took me grocery shopping on Saturday and even helped get our car out of a snowbank. He's a great asset to your team, and I appreciated his kindness and hospitality. I tipped him $100 for his troubles. Thank you again for the wonderful stay. I'm looking forward to renting again in the future with girl friends that are outdoorsy. .
