"The noise from my neighbor talking on his phone loudly for hours (past 11 pm) took all the relaxation out of my night and interrupted my sleep. And the hotel was completely unresponsive to my calls and texts about this; in fact I did not encounter one member of the staff my entire stay despite arriving before 7 pm and leaving after 10 am the following morning. I expect a refund for this terrible experience which I have already requested through hotels.com."

The only true complaint is the couch, especially being indoors during our stay because of the weather, the couch was a tight squeeze for 2 of us to spend extended periods of time on it. But the beds, very comfortable, shower was hot and pressure was good. Would recommend "
