"Great location for all Alcudia. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. The old town is walkable in about 30 minutes. Hotel very clean and very nice pool. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough. "
"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit
However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that.
Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!!
Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...

Food - Amazing, Staff - Awesome, Entertainment - Brilliant, Beach - Fantastic, Surrounding area - Walkable, safe and clean, Location - Perfect.
All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!"

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel with attentive and courteous staff. The bathroom in the room was a little disconcerting given the semi transparent door. There was limited storage space if having a prolonged stay. We enjoyed the variety provided at breakfast and the views of the lake.
No fault with the hotel itself but we had some difficulty with frequency of buses and price of taxis.

"Every single staff member were so polite, happy & friendly especially the staff at breakfast, our children loved them. The hotel was spotless, daily towel changes too. The pool area, along with the bar & games area were brilliant. We loved our morning pool family stretches with Francesco. The buffet breakfast was probably the best we've ever had. Great location too, 10 min walk to beach & 10 min walk to waterpark and a supermarket opposite. Would definitely recommend."

"My family stayed in the Villa after my sons wedding in Palma June 2025. We had a fantastic time at the villa and local area. The villa was spacious and clean. The views were amazing and we all enjoyed snpending our days around the pool especially my 7 year old grandson.We also loved spending our evenings on the balcony chatting and playing games. The villa is so well equiped and communication with the host was excellent which made our stay carefree as nothing was a bother. We enjoyed our trip so much none of us wanted to leave and since coming home have raved about it to all our friends. I would highly recommend this villa and would love to return one day. Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your beautiful home "
"For us, being away from the resort areas of Port Alcudia / Alcudia was a priority. We loved our evenings sat on our balcony with a sea view and cocktails and the peace that comes from being away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping areas.
The cook needs to learn that some English people do speak Spanish, so when makes up her own version of cocktails and comments to her colleagues that the we don't know any different is not as funny as she thinks. Her generosity with the free pouring of booze makes up for her rudeness... Kinda. Breakfast is good value for money, but don't expect hot fried eggs, or a full cup of anything to drink.
The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, even if it took us 4 days to find the kettle. turns out it's worth forcing that one cupboard door that doesn't open.
Shower was great, although I'd say the hose and head are ready for an upgrade in apt 105.
Overall great value for money and we intend to return, but will be upgrading to a villa for the late evening sun that the apartments don't get."
