"Everything was above the expectations of what I expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help get transportation to a restaurant in port pollencea for a special occasion. You could tell rooms were recently redone and the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was extraordinary and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Want to bring the whole family there next year to share the experience"

"Great place to stay, right in between Pollenca and Alcudia so lots to do around and lots to do in the resort. Would definitely stay again but one thing that stood out was, despite breakfast closing at 10:30am, when we arrived at around 10, food on the buffet was already being put away and tables cleared right next to us. If breakfast is supposed to shut at 10:30 I should not be limited to what I can eat or where I can sit until that time, doing so massively reduces the experience. Other than that great place, terrace rooms are wonderful."

"The check-in instructions were clear and simple, the villa itself is high quality accommodation for our group of 8 senior adults, the eventual responsiveness regarding the pool issue was exceptional. As BeBreeze know, the situation with the pool was serious, and had we been for example a family with children counting on spending many hours in the pool it was catastrophic. If I was running BeBreeze, I would want to know how the pool reached such a bad condition without being reported. Secondly, the initial reply from Tolo to my message was at best ill-advised, based on wrong information, misleading, and potentially harmful to our health and safety. It was only because I had owned a pool in Florida that we recognised the situation was serious. However, other than that the speed of response was first class, the pool service staff were courteous and attentive, and the 10% refund offered very much appreciated (although not yet seeing it on my credit card). A minor suggestion, which I previously messaged about before our arrival. The exact location of the villa is shown differently depending on whether you use the Map blue house option or the more detailed (and accurate) GPS/ Google link instructions. The blue house Map location on my Samsung android phone is across the road junction on the other side."

"I am so glad I stayed. I don’t play golf and I didn’t see the golf green at all. I loved to location. Not near a sandy beach but extremely close to a pebble beach. Nice little park right next to it. At first I was hesitant about their breakfast but I was blown away from the quality of it. As there aren’t walkable cafes, it was the perfect choice. Very tranquil hotel."

Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, der Garten wunderschön und die Gastgeberin einfach herzlich und unkompliziert.
