"Our family of four (2 adults, 2 youths) had the maisonette apartment. It was nice and clean overlooking the pool area. The hotel sits in a quiet area, although shops and restaurants are really close by. The beach is just a short walk away. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and the hotel area is clean and quiet, we especially loved that they had tomatoes, eggplants, herbs and oranges growing in the garden. We would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". "Loved the room and the view we got. View to the lounge bar and the adult pool. Very nice. Loved the service from the bartender at Hermes lounge bar, he was so kind and gave excellent service! Worth visiting and chat with him!🌸 Also the location was perfect, close to the beach and the night life in Platanias ❤️"
