The staff were absolutely lovely, helpful, friendly, and accommodating in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We felt like the staff got to know our family and were very kind and ready to answer any questions and help with anything. The property itself was beautiful and well maintained. They thought if everything, even a small robe and slippers for our daughter!

There is absolutely no vibe or energy at this hotel, the room has no decor, the shower was falling apart. Breakfast was gross. The neighborhood is pretty much the opposite of what you think Crete ...
