"Stayed a week at this beautiful luxurious hotel. Asked to change room as it didn’t match the booking spec (no sofabed), sorted helpfully and quickly by exceptionally good staff (Yanis & Elena). Great pool area and near to the beach. A bit off the beaten track but enough facilities nearby – supermarket, car hire, tavernas. Easy to catch a cheap and frequent bus from Gerani to Chania. Food was outstanding, both for breakfast and in the a la carte restaurant by the pool. The charming Manager...
