"Very nice rooftop and pool "

"I stayed in Brentwood Suites from Jan.30-Feb 6, 2026. I had an easy check-in process. When I first entered the room, it was pretty hot. A guy from the hotel helped me to set the AC via remote. The room was pretty descent and clean. The bathroom is clean throughout. I have free breakfast everyday and they change the menu every day. The staff from the breakfast buffet was friendly, attentive and respectful. As for the cleaning staff, they are like 5-6 ppl which make their job easier for everyone which i think is great. They’re very respectful, friendly, and they changed everything from pillow cases, bedsheets and towels every single day. I’m very impressed. I will highly recommend Brentwood Suites to everyone. And if ever I will go back to Manila, i will definitely stay here again."

"Room was big enough and clean"

"The staff at this hotel are out of this world. The most hospitable crew on the planet. Rooms and common areas are very clean. However, the standing shower continuously produces a small puddle that we have to clean up every time. Also, the included breakfast buffet is just all right, but nice to have. The bell manager, Joel, is a true professional. Big props to him and the crew."

"Room was updated, spacious and clean, shower pressure was strong, checking out was a bit painful - if you are in a rush or have a tour check out at least 20mins before as the wait long, location was excellent, felt safe at night, staff are amazing "
