"Die Unterkunft ist minimal ausgestattet es ist aber alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage war super! Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants oder Bars alles in Fußnähe. Halbe Stunde mit dem Zug und man ist schon mitten in Paris. Die Vermieter sind super freundliche Menschen. Konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch aber mit der Sprachfunktion bei einem Übersetzer konnten wir uns super verständigen. Gerne wieder!"

"It was great that it was close to the metro, so easy to get to the main sights. Lovely cemetery nearby. The boulangerie was right across the street and always open and well priced. 1€ baguette every morning! It seemed safe to an extent, though not as comfortable as some other neighbourhoods we ventured around. Not all of the plugs seemed to work. We enjoyed all of the items provided, though there wasn’t shampoo. Overall it was quite a lovely find!"

The upstairs floor which is a huge family room is really unsafe with no barrier around the stairs so children can run straight off the floor onto the bottom floor this was even unsafe for us as if your slightly tired walking straight off the second floor was too easy as there was nothing to stop you. "Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. "No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."
