"Nice hotel but ban on motorbikes and scooters they failed to tell me about. Booked over a year in advance for secure parking of scooter. They failled to notify me that they wouldnt allow me to park there dispite there being suitable areas to do so. Bike racks and by a wall I was also prepared to pay for a car space. I Notified on their questionaire that I needed parking they apparently replied in french. I was shown this but alas had not received it. If I had I could not have understood it...

"Wir waren von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Bei unserer 3 Wöchigen Frankreich Reise war dieses Hotel das schlechterste! Das Zimmer hat schon einge Gebrauchsspuren und alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bad war wirklich schrecklich. Eigentlich hatten wir vor dort zu Frühstücken. Nachdem wir aber das Zimmer gesehen haben, war es uns vergangen."

"The Hotel le Jersey was a good choice for a first time visit to Saint Malo. It’s on the boardwalk about a 20 minute walk from the old city and it has a good location as a midway point between the old city and the newer city, as well as easy beach access. If you can get an ocean view room, do so - the view is incredible!"
