"As you will see from the other reviews the hotel is a bit delapidated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent view, helpful staff. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Brilliant location near the beach and on a bus route. If you want a super smart hotel go somewhere else, but I thought it was fine."

"Spacious room with enclosed deck area although directly overlooked by balconies of rooms above. Had hoped there would be bit of grass in the ‘garden’ for the dog as per other hotels on our trip, but totally covered with decking meant we had to take dog through hotel to entrance for a wee first thing in the morning. Hotel right next to public beach with nice beach bar and other amenities."
Apartment with swimming pool - Golf de Chiberta (Anglet 64)

"We had a wonderful time at Chiberta. The apartment was spacious (we are 2 adults, 19 yo and 17 yo), had a great view over the 9th hole of the golf course and it was really useful to have the pool close by. While there is no aircon, this is not a problem as there are plenty of tower fans. We were there in a heatwave and the apartment temperature was absolutely fine. We did not have a car during our stay but getting to and from Biarritz centre was an easy 25 mins from the nearby bus stop. The Chiberta area is lovely. It is a short walk to the Anglet beach where there is a great beach bar and a place to hire surf equipment. Another 20 mins away along the beach path takes you to Chambre d’Amour with lots more places to eat and drink. We did not play golf at the resort, mainly because it was very hot and all the early tee times had been booked. So if you do want to play, I would advise booking before arrival. We did not also use the restaurant or spa at the resort, although both looked good. We loved the apartment, Chiberta, Anglet beach and Biarritz and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation."
