The accommodation comprises a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a washing machine (new as of November 2025). This space opens onto a pleasant terrace offering an unobstructed view of the swimming pool and the lake. The sleeping area includes a comfortable 160 x 200 cm sofa bed and a sleeping alcove with two 80 x 190 cm bunk beds (no guardrails), recommended for children aged five and up.

The residence offers a large outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to mid-October, free Wi-Fi access, and free parking within the residence. The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Tourist tax must be paid before arrival by credit card only. A security deposit is required via a secure SWIKLY link. Optional services can be booked before arrival, including bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels for €20 per person, as well as mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning for €75. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the booking.
