We asked to change the towels and the cleaner lady cleaned whole room. We ordered 10 min before kitchen close , and Izzy from the cafe was very nice. We extended a day and the reception gentleman took care very nice and we didn’t have any problem. Overall, they are nice people working there

The staff with whom I interacted was superb. The room was clean and comfortable. I did notice peeling wallpaper in a number of places, and broken floor tile in the shower.
