Front desk staff were sweet and helpful, as was the aurport shuttle driver in the morning. Bed was incredibly comfortable, wish I had more time to spend in it. Brief stay, but very happy with it.

Convenient to Airport including airport van. Room is spacious and bed comfortable. Showerhead is incredible. Did not like the smell of cigarette smoking wafting into the lobby with smokers permitted at the entrance. Huge turnoff.

I always stay here when I'm in town and the service, cleanliness, and security I experience are consistent. The only thing I would point out is that the water faucet handle in the bathroom was very loose and difficult to turn on and off.

Awesome Airport Hotel
Awesome overnight stay with an excellent bar restaurant. DuWayne was a great server and ran the entire area by himself. Parked my vehicle there and Dale, the shuttle driver to the Airport was also friendly. Room was clean, comfortable beds and quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again especially for an early flight out in the morning.

The room we were in had a broken air conditioner and we had to use the service elevator. Stains on the carpeting in the room as well. Very dated hotel.

Room was ok. Somewhat tired decor. Bathroom pretty basic. But clean and responsive personnel. We just finished a stay at the Hyatt House, Shadyville neighborhood, Pittsburgh, where everything was very up to date. Then again, it costs 2x as much. Best thing about this Sheraton hotel is the free airport shuttle, starting at 4 am. The dining room offerings didn't look very good, but there's an OK Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Excellent hotel
I lived my stay at the Sheraton. I got there early and they gave me. room. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay.
