We were arriving very late so I called to let them know that we were still coming and would arrive around 2am which was about 40min after I called. The employees manning the valet stand and front desk were at the front door to greet us at 2 am and were just generally great! cheerful, helpful, and speedy all of which was greatly appreciated after hours on the road
The room was nice and deep cleaned there very trust worthy I left my purse behind on accident and they called me to come back and pick it up 🙏🙏 definitely recommend booking
This place was amazing can't wait to go back from check in to check out they made it very easy anything we needed and asked for we received they explained everything if we had a question or a concern beautiful place everything was clean organized anytime I am there in town I will be staying there

The lady at the front desk was very rude and inhospitable! And the air conditioning was not working very well. It was reported and no one seemed to care. The area around the hotel appears unsafe. We had plans to stay again in a few weeks but have now cancelled.
For $8 per day valet parking was available
Awesome variety of walkable restaurants
Inside hotle the only disappointment was limited "grab and go" items....no sodas available for the whole 3 days we were there no vending machines...bar was lame and slow service. VALET TEAM WAS AMAZING!!!

Great, friendly staff, but a little run down. Broken shelf in bathroom, shades that did not work, sticky floors - clean but some kind of residue.

Love the location - easy street parking, close to Shadyside & short drive to CMU. If you go a few more streets down it's not the very best of Pittsburgh, but we felt perfectly safe.
East liberty is a wonderful neighborhood, rich in history. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Yet it is still a neighborhood in transition. It’s safe, urban and hip. We love it
The staff were amazing and really helpful.really made our trip very pleasant.
Plus rooms were spacious, clean and was a very good atmosphere overall

We enjoyed our stay here-the property was very clean and we liked the hard surface floors in the room (vs carpet) and the all natural fibers of the bed linens. I wish I could have a pillow as soft as this one-firm but soft! There was a leak in the shower door but we informed the staff and they said they would look into it for the next guest. The shower was a walk in and tile--very modern and clean!

Great experience! All of the staff were super nice and friendly, offered me great help. Room is very spacious and clean and stay was very comfortable. If driving, free street parking is available just outside the hotel.

Overall a good hotel. The place was dirty. Dust everywhere on the light fixtures. It was dirty. I went to go eat for breakfast and the tables wwere dirty. They need to double clean.
