"The place is really nice and the staff is super friendly. If you're traveling with a partner though, be aware that the bathrooms do not have closing doors. You will essentially be using the restroom within 5 feet of whoever is in the room with you. You also have to pay over thirty dollars to park your car overnight and you cannot opt out of the valet service. The only way to avoid this is to find street parking. "

"Hotel was perfect! I especially want to highlight how one of your team members went above and beyond during my stay. I forgot to pack my phone charger and only had a USB cord, but the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use it to charge my phone. His kindness, genuine concern, and willingness to help truly stood out. The level of care he showed was beyond any customer service I’ve experienced before."

I came from Niagara Canada 4.5 hours away and my shower was unable to drain water and me and my buddy both couldn’t shower before a 4.5 hour drive and a night out at the hockey game. I told the staff and she didn’t even care like to be honest was rude like the place is just a shower and a bed and they didn’t have a working shower so"
