This is a unique property - a renovated elementary school. Breakfast spot was terrific. Nice choices cooked to order. Bar scene was fun. The only problem we had was street noise. The buildings sits on a major thoroughfare. We were on the 1st floor facing the street with large school-like windows. The noise from traffic was non-stop and very loud particularly late at night. Nice place but hard to recommend.

Great facility. The room had everything we needed and overall the hotel has a great aesthetic. We loved the rooftop bar - fantastic view. Very convenient location, a short drive from Pitt. We were traveling with our dog and the hotel was very welcoming. Only downside was noise from traffic as our room was in the 40th street side. Would definitely stay here again.
