Although we're Hilton Honors customers and made the three night reservation almost a month prior to checking in, we were given a room next to the noisy elevator on the 8th floor. Windows are not soundproof, so the traffic sounds were annoying. I asked for a change in our room, but was told they were fully booked and didn't have another room. The floor mouldings were dirty. A large trash bag was left in the hallway for at least 12 hours.The coffee is terrible.

This location worked perfect for us. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast option was above what I usually expect. The lobby area had obviously been updated. However, the rooms themselves need to be addressed.

The desk clerk Kymari was very professional and helpful! 5 stars for her. However the day of checkout There was a bug(looked like a bed bug) in my bathroom I took a picture..Kymari noted it on the hotel receipt with my phone number n said she would let her manager know..as of 9/17 I haven't heard from anyone. .
