Nice stay but sometimes things happen
Took a VERY long time to check in. The computer was acting up they had to go to different floor to reboot. Then the tv and internet was not working. But once they could it got fixed. Have stayed here many times so this is not normal.

It was nice for a couple nights. The keys did not work a couple times so had to go up and down to reception, this happens, I understand. I beg you to put Keurig machines in the rooms, my only real request.

Nice hotel with everything we needed
Overall the hotel was perfect for what we needed, a clean bed and bathroom for a quick trip to PA. I have to remember to bring my own pillows like we normally do since the ones in the room were flat. Check in left a little to be desired, but I extended our stay by one night and had booked two different stays at the hotel so there seemed to be confusion, but the girl we spoke to the next morning understood what I did and took care of the future issue I anticipated. Breakfast was ok, typical free breakfast at most places, but the food area is pretty small and there should be two different coffee stations. Hotel is clean and in a safe area with plenty of shopping and dining options not far and even within walking distance.
