The place smelled of urine everywhere. Puddles on elevator everywhere in the halls in the waiting areas urine, old and new. Ice machines broken. Only one working elevator. Staff blocking halls with carts and vacumes. Put them against the wall dont block the hall do i have to move them to pass. Difficult time understanding staff with language barrier

First night there, we had a bunch of "neighbors" (2 or 3 rooms next to us) that must have gotten back from the casino (about 2 miles down the road) about 2:45 am and proceed to whoop/holler/yell till about 4:30 am. Second night, no problems.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was your standard (hot) breakfast food. Place was clean. Just disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance. But other than that it was a good stay.

I stayed here on a business trip with another coworker of mine. We stayed in separate rooms. My mattress had a dried white crusty substance on it and I showed the woman at the front desk. Upon showing my coworker, she went back to find she had the same thing on her bed!! Disgusting!!! The woman at the front desk just reached up to the crusty matter and rubbed it with the bottoms of her shoe and said “well we know what that is don’t we?”. She switched me into a different room but not my coworker and we were not comped anything whatsoever. If it hadn’t been so cold out, I would have slept in my truck. We will never stay at a La Quinta ever again.

There was poop in our bathroom … there was hair and cream colored substance on the bathroom counter. I have never ever had such an issue with cleanliness at a hotel I spent decent money for

Great for families.
Great stay. The only negatives I would say were the pool was closed for maintenance and the shower door in our bathroom wouldn’t stay closed so we figured out it could be plugged with a washcloth.

Overall it was a positive experience and is conveniently located. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I believe the facilities were clean but are showing wear. For example our shower had a crack that was repaired but it was a slapdash fix and appeared dirty.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. But the hot tub that was listed as an amenity for the property, did not exist. This was a disappointment seeing as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

everyone was so friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was great. I have stayed in several hotels in Pitt and this was the cheapest room and the best experience I have had. Great stay.

Is a great place to stay at while in Pittsburg. Fortunately, it was not a game weekend at PSU, so it was quiet and not too crowded. Checkin was quick and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Would definittely stay there again, and recommend to others.
