"I was very satisfied with the overall experience during our two-night stay at this boutique Sassi hotel (Fra i Sassi - Residence). Communication with the host and staff before our arrival was excellent; they were incredibly responsive and quick to help. The detailed parking instructions provided ahead of time were great, and we were able to find free street parking. Finding and walking to the hotel was straightforward using Google Maps. Our cave dwelling unit was spotless and offered a fantastic view. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff remained professional throughout. It was truly a wonderful stay!"

"This was a special place to stay. it was in the middle of everything, so when you were walking around the town, you were halfway to everything. We got great recommendations from the staff for places to eat and we went to a wonderful pizza place around the corner. The breakfast was very good, and the room was really nice as well. We loved the spa so much. It was a one-of-a-kind experience. To top it all off, the rate was very reasonable! I would love to come back here. "
