"This was an excellent choice. Spa was cool, breakfast great. Central location in the cave area. My only concern was I contacted them through Expedia and got no response. It says to contact about where to park. They never responded. I figured it out with Chat GTP but Hope hotels would check their Expedia in mail. I would recommend this hotel, just know communication through Expedia isn’t happening. Otherwise great, mattress and bedding could be nice for the price of the hotel. "

"The room was absolutely spectacular! We travel all over and this was one of our all-time favorite hotel, hotels, luxurious, beautiful refined. The staff was very charming, especially Mario the morning breakfast was lovely. The spa was really luxurious. My husband and I had a wonderful time in it. I almost don't want to review this place because I want it to be our secret little gem, but it's sort of too good to keep quiet. It was really amazing. "
