"We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. We stayed in a junior Sonesta suite. It was very large with a nice small balcony overlooking the pool. The staff from check-in to cleaning to breakfast, were all wonderful - pleasant, interesting and helpful. Breakfast was very generous and individualized. The location is superb, just a block from the Mediterranean promenade. Would absolutely return."

"Fantastic trip, it was my birthday and the hotel team gave me champagne and a cake at dinner which was lovely! Hotel is a short walk to the private beach, which is part sandy part rocky. The indoor pool and adults only pool were fantastic to swim in, and as vegetarians we had lots of food options. Only con - Any tourist attraction required a long bus or a short taxi ride, prices are quite expensive for the distance travelled. "

"The hotel itself is a 4* resort but unfortunately the food can only be classed as 3* at best. We stayed in the seaview room which had amazing views of the resort and the sea. The room itself was lovely with a large comfortable king bed. The waredrobe needs looking into as the clothes rail is so high i couldn't reach it unless i stood on the bottom of the wardrobe which is not great for safety. The pool was great if a little cold but what can you expect in April? Lifeguards are on duty from 9.30...

"Had an amazing holiday! The hotel is so clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pool area is lovely, as is the beach. The food selection was fantastic and very delicious. The only downside was in the room itself. There was only one usable plug socket or two when you unplug the kettle. None of the plugs were near the bed, which is strange. And in the bathroom, the shower kept switching between scalding hot and freezing. We did like the room, however, and would stay again. "

"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days visit in truth is was pretty decent. The staff was always on hand to open the shop even at 4am. Very friendly and polite. It was not to busy. I have to be honest the biggest thing to be of help was the taxi driver Alexander always available to help and to pick u up just a call away. I don't understand why the hotel gets such bad reviews the staff and people were friendly, the food was brilliant, enjoy it for what it is and u will honestly love it. The cleaners were super friendly and lots of cats about :) Also if u go and use Alexandra don't forget to ask about his cute white dog :) "
