"I would give the rating for staff 1 star and the total rating 3 stars because of the agent on duty January 15 at 4pm. She was very rude to me and then later to my spouse. The following morning I talked with the manager, who was very nice and apologized. She said that she will speak with that person. We think that the agent is not a good representative for the hotel and she should not be there. So for that reason I gave 5 stars for everything."

"We had a great stay. The house was clean and so comfortable. The mini cows and baby pig were the icing on the cake, our granddaughter loved feeding them treats. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!"

"The kitchen was equipped better than mine at home! The hot tub was a wonderful way to end the day, with wonderful views of the lake and night sky. The host was very responsive and helpful. We brought our two dogs with us, and they loved being able to come on our mini-vacation with us. Looking forward to being able to visit again!"
