"The Cabin was very clean and so well equipped, beautifull and relaxing cabin. Deborah what to said? You are an amaizing human been. You work with our family far away from yous property rental. Even your neighbor was kind to us. We planning to go back every year for Mothers days , but dont be surprise if we go on Thanksgiving or Christmas. We love your place and your kindness. "I freaked OUT over the general amount of filth and the amount of mold in the bathroom!! I never even put my things down. I took out my phone to take pictures of everything, then literally booked it out of there!! It’s no wonder they don’t show the bathrooms up close in the photos. I am truly astounded by the reviews saying that the place is clean. That piece I cannot fathom. The reviews are why I rented a room there! The only positive is the gentleman that checked me in. He was extremely friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately nowhere to be found just a few minutes later after I left the room and was looking for anyone to speak with. Needless to say, I left, and was forced to spend the night in my car as Expedia couldn’t get me into a different hotel until the next morning."

"Lovely home. Incredible amenities, especially in the kitchen. So many pots/pans/utensils, everything you need to cook and more. Great supply of towels and linens, and the pack n play was fantastic for our little one. Tough parking, but manageable!"

"The Lake House is a super accommodating vacation spot with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus a prime location on Lake Tomahawk, with access to the walking trail around the lake and the playground for kids. We enjoyed the hot tub in the back yard and the lovely spacious deck with lake views. Another plus is the dining room actually accommodates the crowd very comfortably. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again!"

"This is 20 minutes minimum from Asheville, so a car is needed. It’s a converted large home, so it has rustic charm. Easy walk into downtown Black Mountain, as well as access to highway 40. Great if you want to do hiking, make some meals and do Asheville."

"This cabin is a true gem! Very close to Black Mountain but still in the woods. So relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the breeze rustle the trees and the trickle of the creek over the rocks! The cabin is so clean and has everything you could possibly need! From the comfy mattress to the awesome rain shower head. From the drawer of items you may have forgotten to the bowl of snacks on the counter. The owner has thought of everything! Black Mountain is a great little town with quaint shops and good dining! We will definitely look to stay here again."
