Located just 450 meters from the sea yet set slightly inland from the busiest beachfront areas, it offers a quieter and more private seaside experience — ideal for couples, mindful travelers, and guests seeking a balanced escape between beach and nature.

Just beyond the property begins the Mediterranean pine forest of the San Rossore Natural Park — perfect for quiet walks, sunset strolls and year-round connection with nature. Direct access to the pine forest and wide sandy beaches also makes the area ideal for relaxed days.

The residence is quiet and residential, best suited for guests who appreciate a respectful and relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment is located on the second floor with elevator of a listed building, it features a covered private balcony overlooking a protected WWF Natural Park, free on-site parking, and complimentary access to the shared pool from mid-May to the end of September.

Designed for comfort, privacy, and longer stays rather than short holiday turnover, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers well-defined living spaces. May suit guests traveling with a calm, well-trained small dog.

SWIMMING POOL & OUTDOOR LIVING

Pool access is included and available from mid-May to September 30th.
 The pool is shared and located at the back of the building, offering a pleasant alternative to beach days, especially for families.

The surrounding San Rossore pine forest creates a calm, green environment rarely found so close to the coast.

No capacity for a crib: kids <2 yo may sleep in their parents' bed.

TRAVELING WITH A SMALL DOG

One well-behaved small dog <10kg is welcome
with a €80 pet fee per stay.

Dog must not be left alone in the apartment and should not disturb the peaceful atmosphere of the residence. No laying on bed or sofa.

Originally developed in the early 1900s as part of the Calambrone Colonies complex, the area has been carefully redeveloped into a residential and touristic zone while preserving its unique character.

Today, Calambrone offers a balanced mix of Nature, beach life, restaurants, and easy access to Tuscany’s most renowned cultural destinations.
