"Check in was very smooth. Everyone was super nice. Once we got to our room I was disappointed. It was old and in need of updating. Also, and a good steam clean on the fabric chairs and couch. I didn’t even sit on them. The bed was awful. It sunk in the middle and the pillows were very hard. I was up all night. We checked out at 5 am, I couldn’t wait to get home. The best part about this hotel were the pools. I will not stay here again."

"Normally I don’t give reviews but I just had to. I reached out and notified the property that my mom was hospitalized and in the CCU days before we were supposed to check in. Unfortunately my Mom passed away and I sent in her death certificate and they would not refund us our money. I’m pretty sure death is inevitable. She literally passed away the day before our family vacation. Thanks to Expedia for trying to resolve the issue."

"Pretty much forced into a timeshare meeting. They told me they would place a hold on my card to reserve my spot for it and then reassured me that it wouldn’t come out and was only a hold. Welp. It did in fact charge my card. I was then called at my room again to try to get me to go to a meeting. The floors were NASTY!!!! My feet and my sons were black within 30 minutes of showering from the disgusting floors. "

"The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The indoor pool was supposed to be heated but it was not. This would have been enjoyed since the weather was cooler and raining. "

"Elevators: Out of the 3 elevators, 1—and sometimes 2—were out of service. This caused waiting times of 5–10 minutes just to get inside an elevator. The room appeared clean at first, but there was sand throughout the space. - The bathtub and shower curtains looked new, but there was mold along the shower wall edges. - The main bathroom air‑extractor filter fell out and could not be reinstalled. - Several pieces of furniture were broken or scratched. - The kitchen sink triturator was clogged and stuck. - Items from previous guests were left inside the closets. - The balcony rail was technically secured but unsafe for children, especially on the 11th floor. - The children’s blankets had yellow stains. - 11th‑floor hallway was undergoing wall and door paint renovation, strong odor, unpleasant appearance. I took photos during the first hours of occupancy and continued discovering additional deficiencies in the following days. I was not provided with an email address to report these issues to prevent any misunderstanding or extra charges. The good thing is that the hotel is within a very comfortable walking distance from the beach. There’s also a small, basic karaoke restaurant/bar next to it where you can get food and some light alcoholic drinks or cocktails. The parking area is a decent size, but it’s almost always full. Overall, it’s not a bad spot, but for the price, they could definitely do better."

"Host was very nice and answered questions right away. House was in a very quiet location and very clean. It was well equipped with kitchen equipment. It’s a little dated on the inside but I understand if they rent it out a lot. It’s definitely not a deal breaker.! It was cozy and nice. Only thing that would have made it better is a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay again. "
