"Wonderful property and perfect central city location in the heart of Gubbio. Staff goes above and beyond. Ask about the parking accessibility beforehand which we did. It’s a mid-evil walled city so access can be difficult if you are not prepared. We parked at the base and took the elevator up. There’s still a steep hill of cobblestone to bring luggage up before the elevator but if you are in relatively good shape, it’s fairly easy. If not they will give you instructions to drive but you need to arrange this ahead of time. Truly perfect spot in a beautiful city! "

"Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!"

"The property is really well designed/laid out, and is very comfortable for 8-10. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable. A very good restaurant is walkable. The pool and pool house are well maintained. Location beautiful.We loved our stay there so give it 5 stars!"

Ho fatto un lungo viaggio di ritorno a un'altra destinazione e ho chiesto di usare il loro forno a microonde per la mia zuppa. L'hanno fatto felicemente e mi hanno persino permesso di tenere il loro cucchiaio! Un ringraziamento speciale a Georgia che si è assicurata che avessi tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno per il mio lungo viaggio! Vorrei aver trascorso più tempo sul terreno dato che è così incredibilmente sereno. Hanno fatto uno sforzo così enorme per garantire che gli ospiti abbiano un'esperienza straordinaria qui! "The hotel is new, clean, well designed and uncluttered. Plenty of common areas, roomy breakfast hall with natural light. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have big showers with glass walls (no shower curtain needed). The front desk is helpful and the breakfast staff went out of their way to feed us even if we got there 5 minutes before closing. Free parking and space reserved to charge EVs. "
