"We got a email to check in to our hotel which we did. We also added upgrade to both our room. When we arrived at the hotel at 2am since our flight was delayed. The front desk said she didnt see any check in or upgrade on her side even though I got a QR code for both our room. We ordered extra sheets and pillows for our room and it took over 1 hour to get it."

"They double charged me for the rest of the stay and claim they didn’t but they did. The kiosks are crappy and not great if you booked for two rooms because it doesn’t recognize that I booked two rooms. Also, I do not understand why can’t the resort fee be included in the price. Las Vegas needs to have a law where all fees are included in the price since it’s annoying if you’re splitting up the cost of the stay with other people. Overall, the room was clean and fine, but the process to check-in...
