"The staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially with transportation to and from airports and bus stations. The area where the hotel is has all of the sites that you want to see in Granada, and they are all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, and the rooms were very clean. I would highly recommend this to anyone."

"Front desk, housekeeping and restuarant staff all friendly and helpful. Pool and area around pool very well kept and nice atmosphere. Food at restaraunt was excellent and reasonably proxed. Breakfast Buffet was ok, other than cold eggs if any and limited fresh fruit, but nice selection of bakery goods. "

"The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel is also in an excellent location and the concierges were very helpful any time we needed anything. One down side was that the spa was closed for renovations, and the menu of services was more like a massage parlor and beauty salon than a typical spa. They didn't have the typical menu of facials, etc. However I did book a massage and it was great. The masseuse brought a table into the room since the spa was closed. Have cash available if you want that service. "
