"My son and I have stayed a few different places, this one by far was over the top PERFECT! Excellent communication with the host and easy instructions for utilizing the property! "Beautiful cabin with a short walk to Rainbow Lake. Cabin offers 4 kayaks for use, which our family loved. Kayaking and fishing was a daily must for the kids. In the mornings and evenings we enjoyed walking the trail behind the lake. Location was close to all our favorite Pinetop hotspots. When we weren’t out exploring or enjoying the local establishments, the house was a relaxing place to be."

"We stayed in the PIP room which is right next to the pool, the little convivence store and the room that house keeping uses. It was very noisy with people coming and going, the house keeping staff talking and laughing right by our door. The couch in the room looked like it was dug out of the dumpster with huge nasty stains all over it. We wouldn't even sit on it. The toilet in the small bathroom is not properly attached to the floor so it rocks a bit. There is no blow dryer like there used to be. We have stayed in this room a few times in the past but it seems to have gone down hill since the last time we were there. Other than the couch the room was clean and the bed is comfortable."
