"The rooms in this hotel are tiny, even when you reserve a room with a private bathroom. There is no desk to work, and the bed is up against the wall so if it's two people, one has to climb in from the other side. I was in the mezzanine level and that meant I heard all the noise from the lobby below, and I couldn't keep my window blind open because people could see me in the building next to me. When I told the manager that the bathroom and reading light were not working he was first dismissive and then argumentative."

"The ambiance of the establishment was quite exquisite. The staff were wonderful, complimentary clam chowder was fun to try, rooms were VERY clean, and the amenities were great! Would highly recommend this property for your next stay!! "

"Very disappointing and alarming experience. Around 1:00 a.m., while I was asleep, the bathroom glass door in my room suddenly shattered and scattered glass across the floor. This was a serious safety hazard, and I could have been badly injured. Although staff moved me to another room, they were not apologetic and did not seem to treat the incident with the seriousness it deserved. This was not just an inconvenience. It was a serious guest safety issue. I request that hotel management contact me directly regarding this incident and explain what actions are being taken."
