Pues la verdad es que es el peor hotel en que e estado llegamos a mas 10 am pagamos y hasta las 14h no estaban las habitaciones pero cuando volvimos a por la llave tuvimos que volver a hacer la cola en recepcion,teníamos pensión completa pero el bufet libre que tenían era ridículo solo había ternera en salsa,ensalada,pasta,patatas fritas y algo que llegue a saber ni lo que era las bebidas se pagaban aparte pero eran puro agua sin sabor alguno, en la habitación una televisión de minúscula de las antiguas y ni el mando le funcionaba en el baño un dispensador de gel que encima estaba roto y caído en la bañera la ventana rota por donde podía entrar olor a tabaco somos no fumadores y la atencion del personal de lo mas nefasta sinceramente no lo recomiendo porque nos quedaba la comida del medio día pero visto lo que había en en la cena y el desayuno decidimos irnos y comer fuera

They charge four euros for wifi in your room, for a single device. To me, charging for wifi is like charging for a pillow. Overall nice hotel. No one charges for basic wifi. It's 2019, not 1996.

Formule tout inclus pour 1 couple et 1 fille de 4 ans, pour 15j. 1 femme parlant français (Julie) nous a accueilli à l'hôtel. Peu d'explications si ce n'est un classeur expliquant ce qui était compris ou non dans l'offre. Mais en anglais et espagnol. A nous de nous débrouiller. Chambre équipée de la clim (gros plus) et nettoyée tous les jours par les femmes de chambre. Chambre mensongère (photos aux draps bleus/blancs... Là draps vert foncés vieillot, petite TV années 90 avec éclairage tristounet... Volets en bois fortement abîmés (usure), pas de bruit (elle donnait côté rue). Coffre fort disponible dans la chambre (40€ avec 1 dépôt de 10€ rendu à la fin). Buffet à volonté et variée convenable (peut normalement contenter tous les gens). Boissons comprises dans la formule fortement coupées à l'eau (Pepsi avec peu de bulles). Animations enfants: inexistantes. 1 toboggan pour les enfants, pas de pataugeoire ou autre. 1 employée est dédiée à cela mais elle ne fait rien et ne parle qu'espagnol (toute la journée sur son tel). Une séance d'aquagym tous les matins annoncée qui n'a eu lieu qu'une fois en 15j. Animation du soir : 1 jour dans la semaine spectacle de flamenco (très sympa) et un chanteur Reggae (sympa). Piscine avec transats. Pour la voiture hôtel Beatrix à 6min à pied de l'hôtel: parking souterrain surveillé pour la somme de 12€ par jour (gros véhicules attention, il faut manœuvrer). Hôtel conseillé pour jeunes ou jeunes couples sans enfants.

Llegamos a las 12 nos dieron la habitacion a la 13:00 la recepcionista desagradable, una piscina como un charco de pequeña, y el bufet con 4 platos literalmente. La bebida te la sirves tu pero eso si pasan enseguida a apuntar k llevas de consumicion. El hotel huele a rancio total un fracaso.

Une bonne ambiance dans l’ensemble, seul défaut la climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas pour les enfants c’était insupportable, la porte coter terrasse ne se ferme pas correctement en fessant trop de bruit dans la salle de bain il y a eu de moment où on sentait un odeur de canalisation très désagréable, sinon le personnel très attentif toujours à l’écoute des besoins.

Camera piccolina però hotel molto vicino al festival ARTS d'Estiu , scopo del mio soggiorno , ci si arriva a piedi in pochi minuti. Il concerto del mio cantante preferito "" MIGUEL BOSÈ " e stato fantastico perciò ho un bel ricordo di tutto. Se farà altri concerti tornerò sicuramente.

Présence de poils sur les draps. La salle de bain sentait l humidité. Matelas un peu vieux on sentais tous les ressorts. Problème pour avoir la chambre , il n avait pas accès au réseau informatique a l accueil.

L.hotel e' una struttura vecchia ma tenuto molto bene. Presenta qualche difetto in concomitanza con l.eta'. La distanza dal mare e dai mezzi e' ottimale! Il personale e' gentile. Non sono state fornite molte indicazioni sul funzionamento della giornata e l.organizzazione interna! L.acqua e' molto cara 3.50 euro 1litro. I pasti sono buoni. Le camere sono belle ampie. Noi ci siamo trovati bene.

Avoid Checkin Pineda, 1 star masked by 3 stars

Almost everything went wrong with the Checkin Pineda during our stay in August 2015. Firstly, both the staff at reception and at the restaurant is really unfriendly and they only speak Spanish, with many of them that not even understand English (good point for a hotel that have 90% of foreign customers). We specifically asked for a room with double bed, but at our arrival we have been assigned to a room with twin beds: anyone apologized to us and they simply explained that in the (quite big) hotel they have only a few double beds. The room cleaning is inaccurate and the staff have not respect of the customers' stuff; in addition, don't know if for savings or inaccuracy, they give only a really small shower gel and shampoo every two days. Finally, the food have low quality and very little variety is offered; also, during our 8 dinner anyone of the staff asked us for drinks (free only with All inclusive option). The 3 stars are only on the title of this hotel, we tried 2 stars hotels in the same Pineda de Mar area that have much more quality services of Checkin Pineda.
