Summer is Here! Cozy Cabin - GOLF/LAKE/FIRE PIT/SHOPS
10/10 Excellent
"For the most part, property is accurately described. Lots of living space, furniture is laid out well. Couch was a little too worn, a piece of plywood was being used to reinforce the seating part. Tub slow to drain. Overall, interior was clean. Interior pictures are brighter than in person, living room would benefit from some recessed lighting and the kitchen as well, plus under cabinet lighting. There is a stench that you notice when you first arrive at the property, after looking on Google earth, some sort of waste water treatment area just down the road from the property. We couldn’t smell it at the back of the property, very evident at the front of the property. We didn’t open the windows up front. Also, exterior property could use frequent power washing, all the eaves, windows, soffits, exterior surfaces had excess bug/spider webs/organic material. Exterior Bug lights could help reduce the amount of bugs at the entry doors. It was impossible to not bring them in with you. Decorative bricks at front entrance are crumbling, negatively impacting the experience upon arrival, combined with the bugs/organic material and minimally maintained exterior, it just felt unkept. We didn’t expect to be able to swim based on pictures that were provided in the property description and Google earth. We found it to be a perfect place to launch paddle boards. It is a busy road, backing out was a concern for some, as it’s on a curve. With some elbow grease, it could be a 10."

New Lake Home - 20 beds, sandy beach, volleyball, game room, sauna, boat rental!
10/10 Excellent
"The Cullen Lake Lodge was perfect for our family reunion! Our host was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The cabin had space for everyone and great dining and cooking space for the group. The outdoor gathering spaces were well-equipped and maintained. Use of the side-by-sides helped make lakefront accessible for even the eldest members of our family. Kids loved all the fishing access, the treasure hunt, game room, and tubing on the pontoon.HIGHLY recommend for a group of diverse ages!"
Bear Paw Cabin on the lake, with private water access, quiet getaway sleeps 6
8/10 Good
"Once we initially arrived, the neighbor “Karen” was wagging her finger at us telling us we aren’t allowed to party. Mind you we just got there and she didn’t even know who we are. That was really the only inconvenience. We brushed it off anyway and still had a fantastic time. Beautiful cabin from wall to wall. The location is very nice. The stairs down to the water is a bit steep but didn’t stop us at all."
