So extremely helpful. Clean right on the beachfront. When they finish the restaurant it will be even better. Our flight had got canceled and thestaff accomodated usfor our needs. Plus had very helpful hints on where to eat. Cant say enough good about the staff.

Honestly I would not recommend. We picked this hotel for the beach access, restaurant and court yard area. Restaurant was closed and unavailable with no communication at booking. No options for breakfast in the morning. Went down for basic drip coffee at 7am. There was none available. Had to wait over 2 hrs for our room to be available. That would be fine if it was clean when we got it. Shower floods the whole room. Had to put mutiple towels down to catch the water justnto find out that they did not have towels available over night. Our deadbolt to the room did not work properly and made us question if we should stay or not. Some of the staff at the front desk was kind. Some was absolutely not kind in any way. Condescending at best . Beach access was great and the staff outside was kind and great to interact with. Can not believe they did not communicate all the issues ahead of time. When mentioned we were surprised when checking in a blond lady at the front was shockingly rude. No acknowledgment, no apologies not even a drink voucher. Shame this could have been a different experience.

Stayed last year and had a totally different experience this year. The beach front area is under construction and actively being worked on so there was dust blowing around. The restaurant was closed & there is nowhere close for breakfast. It seems they are very understaffed, our room wasn’t ready until 4:45. They were out of beach towels by 9am. Typically a great place to stay, but would suggest checking on construction updates prior to travel.

Crystal Oceanfront was our favorite hotel on the eastern seaboard. It was gorgeous and friendly! Loved the beach and hospitality of free lounge chairs! The room was quiet and view was spectacular. The layout was so cool with all the rooms facing the ocean and the huge windows in the hall looking over the inter coastal. We will be back for sure😍

Rooms and hotel property are clean and updated, beds are comfortable and this area of the beach is not crowded at all. Staff are friendly. This was my 2nd time staying here and I will be back again.
