"Family (parents and older teen) booked a two bedroom bungalow and were given one large room with 4 double beds, which was a big disappointment. We had purposely booked the two bedroom bungalow as our son had a 5am race and we didn’t want to be wakened by him getting ready in the morning. Having to share one room made our trip less comfortable. We spoke to the front desk at check-in but the bungalow we had booked was occupied and there wasn’t a good option for moving us. We were told we would be given a discount on the room due to the mistake, but I haven’t seen it come through yet. The room we were given did not have WiFi instructions, a wastebasket, or cutlery, though the front desk was helpful when we called and sent additional supplies to our room. Location was fine and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. "

"I was put in the room, in a dark hallway, next to the laundry room. The room had one window in the bathroom that faced an unkempt grassy area strewn with pool chairs. Pool not open, nowhere to sit outside and room felt very claustrophobic. Old but clean, pump lotion empty."

"The staff was very friendly. I never brought any of our issues to their attention because it was a busy weekend. But we had no hand soap and an empty shampoo bottle in our room. Also the remote for the tv kept telling us it needed batteries. It was decently clean but not very well maintained. The room smelt musty. I wouldn’t stay again."

"We arrived late and was able to have our choice of the 3 rooms left. Still good parking near our room. Pool is not the biggest but the kids had a blast in the pool. Flooring could use some attention. Flooring had buckled from the moisture in the bathroom and had some severe scratches near the fridge but easily ignored for the price. Room itself was clean and beds made. Loved having Pizza Factory across the street. There is also a KFC across the street but who is driving all the way to bishop CA and eating at KFC LOL."

"My second stay here in 2 weeks. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed very comfortable, microwave and mini refrigerator present, and there was ample parking and charging stations for my Tesla."
