We've nicknamed this piney blue retreat "Comfort & Joy" for good reason. Guests love relaxing & socializing here. Great for friends and family gatherings. Bigger than it looks with space to roam. Newly renovated. Large comfy beds. Rare King suite, 2 Queen suites, 2 LRs & more. Outdoor deck & private basketball court for fun. Close to casino, restaurants, stores, Little Rock airport, fishing, hunting, walking trail, golfing. 2 blocks to Jefferson Memorial Hosp. Sleeps up to
Welcome to the "Comfort & Joy" vacation retreat. Bring the family or friends and enjoy. We have everything you need -- workspace, play space, resting space. Plus free wi-fi, smart TVs, walking trail, and close proximity to Little Rock and nearby entertainment. We even provide a basketball for our private court. Spacious home accomodates up to 13 guests. Additional fee for more than 10 guests.

Sibling Trip
A/C did not work well in family room and main/master bedroom. The house could use a little better cleaning. Fridge needs to be checked out. Saw a few roaches. Beds were very comfortable. House had plenty of room. Could use a little less furniture in family room and maybe a game table. Just an idea. We had a great time. Just a few clichés.
