We drove up and there was a shirtless guy smoking and drinking alcohol on a bench right at the front door. The entire place smelled of weed and the front desk person kept walking away from the desk for smoke breaks. We booked a room for 4 and they gave us 2 towels. The room was hot and muggy even after we tried to cool it down with the AC. The bathroom had no fan so every shower made the room steam and even hotter.

So we arrived at 2:45 pm for and was allowed to check in 15 minutes early. After driving for 12 hours me and my child were exhausted so we didn't check the room immediately. After bathing my son I noticed something on the back of the door and realized it was covered in something. I then decided to check the rest of the room and that was the start of my nightmare. After taking photos and heading to the front desk the employee decided to move us to another room. She attempted to call her general manager for the next two hours (she didn't call back until 6:00-6:30pm) while she attempted to find us a clean room. We went through 5 rooms with photos of all and when the GM did call her back she told her that I could get a full refund and leave after being awake with no sleep for over 30 with the surrounding hotels not having the availability that I needed for my stay (we liter just wanted a clean room and even offered to clean it ourselves). We were then taking to a room that the GM inspected herself earlier that day. After getting new covers because they were stained we settled in for bed. When we went to shower the next day we realized the shower curtain had mold growing on it and we went to the front desk to exchange it. The employee who helped us was horrified and the employees who were supposed to clean the rooms were furious with us. We spent the majority of our stay receiving no service from the maid staff, we had to ask the front desk for literally everything.

The check in was easy and very pleasant. Front desk called the food truck over so we didn't have to leave to eat. (BBQ wasn't very good, but plentiful) The room was great, bed very comfortable. Breakfast was typical, not so good.

Great rooms!!
The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The blankets are soooo soft and the pillows are fluffy as ever and have different firmness and softness to choose from for your likings!!! I just melt when I get into their beds!!! The breakfast is always hot and fresh and the staff are very friendly and courteous. We stay here every week we come to the casino!!

Our stay was great. The manager on duty that checked us in was very polite and thorough. I love all the Dove products (hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner) that were available for us to use. This was much better than the standard ex-small bar soap.

the staff was great the room was given was dirty never cleaned nor did housekeeping take out trash or clean toilet kept stopping out. dishwasher didnt work microwave didnt work properly and all matters was documented with front desk and housekeeping never corrected. im requeesting a full refund
